Dawn Bailey qualified in Sports Massage in August 2003, further to previous years' study and qualifications in other therapies, including Hopi Ear Candle Treatment, and Reflexology.

Dawn is dedicated to professional treatment practices and offering the highest standard of client care. She loves to be able to 'fix' people, and with her substantial experience in Sports Massage, Dawn helps clients with anything from work/desk related upper body tension, poor posture and desk ergonomic related problems to sporting injuries, pre/post event work, and general muscle fatigue. As an accolade to the standard of treatments that Dawn provides, she has even been nick-named 'Fingers Bailey' by one very satisfied client!

Amongst Dawn's most notable achievements is her work in Athens at the 2004 Olympics, based in the Olympic Village, for which she was selected as one of ten British therapists from a hundred strong team and treated athletes from all countries. She volunteered with London Wasps Rugby Club during the 2007/8 Season, undertaking post match recovery work, and for each of the last six years, has performed a vital role with the hugely successful East Grinstead Hockey Club, providing the team with pre/during/post-competition treatments.

In addition, through Reflexology treatment (which can be incorporated with massage if required), Dawn is able to alleviate migraines, digestion and sinus disorders, amongst others, and to relieve tension and stress, by bringing about a state of deep relaxation.

She has also provided Hopi Ear Candling treatment to well over 100 clients, to help relieve them of problems such as irritation of the ear and sinuses, tinnitus, and others associated with excessive ear wax production, including difficulties dealing with aircraft cabin pressure. Hopi Ear Candling can be a very calming and relaxing treatment too, for those suffering from stress.
Dawn has herself participated in a number of challenges in recent years, including fund-raising cycling events in England and Cambodia, and the Three Peaks Challenge in 2005, in which she won a silver medal. She also holds PADI certification in Advanced Open Scuba Diving and Underwater Photography. On a more sedate level however, she enjoys photography, cookery, candle-making, and socialising with friends!
