Caroline is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist and graduated from BCNH UK College of Nutrition and Health in London.  She is registered with The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
Caroline’s interest in food and nutrition began in her teens, when she became increasingly aware of issues in the food industry that can compromise the health of the population, such as intensive farming and “fast food”.  Her interest in nutrition increased when she developed health problems of her own, specifically IBS and eczema.

Caroline’s working life in London began in 1992 as a legal secretary, leading on to paralegal work in contracts administration and landlord and tenant law.  Her heart did not lie in the legal profession, however, and she realised that her true vocation lay in helping others.  Her compassion for others combined with her passion for good food and health led her to 3½ years of study at BCNH the UK College of Nutritional Health.  Here she learned that diet and health are inextricably linked, and how diet affects all aspects of physical health.  Caroline’s IBS and eczema are now under control and she is benefiting from the reward and satisfaction of seeing how her knowledge can benefit others.  She has had particular success with weight loss and dealing with many kinds of digestive issues but sees clients from all walks of life, including babies and children, couples wanting to improve fertility, sports enthusiasts and the elderly.

Caroline has also noticed how a good diet can increase motivation in other areas, particularly physical activity.  After many years of feeling sluggish and unfit in her teens and early 20s, she now enjoys yoga, running, cycling and swimming.  Her other great passion is music and she has been DJing for several years.
