Christopher Minhall is a graduate of the renowned European School of Osteopathy, completing a four year BSc degree. It is the only Osteopathic College to teach Cranial and gentle functional techniques.

Christopher works in a very gentle manner, focusing on the connective tissues and cranial rhythm. This provides greater long-term results than simply adjusting and imposing stretches on tissues. It also works on a much deeper level, providing a physical but also an emotional and psychological component. When needed, a more physical approach may be used, though all treatment is as gentle as possible while ensuring effectiveness. Occasionally, adjustments are used, though only where absolutely necessary, and strictly by consent.

Before studying osteopathy Christopher achieved a degree in Biology and Business. He worked in finance in both New York and London before studying Osteopathy. Since qualifying as an Osteopath, Christopher has been a successful practitioner in Hastings and in Maidstone. He has recently relocated back to London.
