Helen completed a degree in Biomedical Science at Kings College London before embarking on her Chiropractic degree at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. Helen was particularly attracted to the fact that chiropractic looks for the cause of the problem as well as relieving the symptoms thus preventing recurrence and giving long term solutions.
She also provides advice in the workplace to prevent problems and has been asked to hold spine check days at a number of organisations.
Helen has a particular interest in sport and enjoys distance running in her spare time.
